Return & Replacement

Q: What can I do if I received a wrong item?
A:
Unfortunately wrong or missed item can’t be avoided always. Please contact our service team once you received wrong item or some items missed. We will help you to change or resend the missed items. Please rest assured!

Q: What should I do if an item is defective?
A:
Our certified technicians will inspect and test all items before shipment. If you received a defective item, please contact us via email and our technicians will do their best to try to assist you. 
Items may be defective due to misuse or a lack of installation knowledge. We recommend our customers seek professional assistance before installation.
   If you are still having a problem with the unit, please email us for the return number. Customers will be responsible for the return cost.  
   The testing and repairing fee and the postage for sending the item back to you will be free if your report shows the item is faulty. The item will not check and repair without the return number. 
   We WON'T accept faulty items unless the delivery is paid.

Q: Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?

We only offer a return service for those items which are factory defective or an incorrect order. Before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our website: www.mtwholesalecaraudio.com .

Q: Do I have a warranty? 
A:
Yes, almost of our products has 15 months warranty.

Q: What is your procedure for returning goods?
A:
Please follow the steps mentioned below to return goods: 
(a) Contact us first by email or online chatting with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem. 
(b) We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation. 
(c) We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable. 
(d) You have to immediately sent the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance. 
(e) We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice

Return Policy 
    a) If a product is found to be factory-defective within 7 days of delivery, return it to us for a replacement.
    b) If the product is found to be factory-defective between 8 days and 2 years of delivery date, we will offer spare part for your replacement.
    c) During the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item to us, and we will be responsible for the shipping of the replacement or new item to the customer. 
    d) If we determine that the item is working fine, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipment of the item. 
 
Our certified technicians will inspect and test all products before shipment. 
Please email us immediately if you find any factory-defects in the products. We will offer you a return number to return the item if needed. The returned item will not be checked or repaired without the return number.

Most of the problems are because of misuse or incorrect installation. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item(s) back as we will not be responsible for any shipping cost if we find the product is not faulty as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE PRODUCT DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Email us with questions before you return the item.

Please complete the guarantee form when you receive the product; the warranty will be valid only for those products registered online
Depending on the complexity of the defect, it may take time for the repair work. Please be patient.
We recommend our customers consult a professional for installation. Installation fee is NOT included if replacement is necessary or independent repair is done on an item. 
 
Damaged Products: 
We inspect all of our items before shipment. If you received a broken item, please keep all of the packaging material, take photos of the damaged product, and send them to us immediately. We only accept these cases reported within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in recovering damage fees from the delivery company.

The item's warranty becomes invalid:
(a) If damage is caused by: undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, or accident. 
(b) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(c) If the item was opened, any parts of the item were removed or repaired by an unauthorized person.
